Hi,
E-mail willynet about a key update so I can install directupdate on my x64 server; I havn't heard back from him. I REALLY need that new key. What is the turnaround time on a request for a new key?

We have purchased the product and asked for converted key for 64 bit system on 16-July-2010. But there is no reply so far atleast for a courtesy. Please let me know when it would be possible to provide the converted key? We have send an e-mail asking for converted key from mail ID peter.vines@callido.com
