DirectUpdate Question, Urgent, Please Help!

Hi all, I got a question on the new version of DirectUpdate - 4.6.2
I am using 4.6.1 before and nothing wrong so far, few days ago after I upgraded the version to 4.6.2, it is also ok.
But today after I found that the IP have not be updated. I go and check the machine, it comes out two message:

"Dr. Watson was unable to attach to the process. It is possible the process exited before Dr. Watson could attach to it. Windows returned error code = -805306296"
"DUEngine.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."

I have try to restart the program and also the Windows System, the sitution is the same.
And when I try to install the version 4.6.1 again, I found that I have already deleted the setup file.

What is the problem of this?
