I have registered more than three Professional versions using Paypal over the past 6 months. I am still waiting on registration info. I have sent email to the willnt@directupdate.net several times and have forwarded my paypal receipts to this email address, with no results.
Unless I get some response soon, I have no choice but to discontinue purchasing this product for customers and persuing options to file complaints with Paypal to try to get my money back.

Beleive me or not, but I replied to EVERY messages you sent (Paypal payments notification).
The emails were every time sent back to me with an error from my mail server (something like "timeout when contacting perfectaffinity.com").
It looks like an MX issue in your DNS configuration...
Anyway, I'll forward all the missing emails to your "secondary" email you provided.
I'm really sorry for the troubles
